Where's the Brooklyn location of Red Bamboo? its on the corner of DeKalb Ave and Adelphi St in Ft Greene, you can take the G to Clinton-Washington, C to Lafayette or Q/B/R/M to DeKalb Ave. This one is sooo so much better than the one in Manhattan. The menu reflects the neighborhood a bit more and there's more space and outdoor seating. I used to live on Adelphi and Myrtle and I couldn't tell ya how many times I just said eff it to cooking dinner and grabbed something on the way from after work. So good. I can't believe nobody has mentioned Papacito's in Greenpoint yet! (unless i missed it?). Amazing street style Mexican food with a great veg/vegan menu. They have mostly outdoor seating and are about to have even more. Have been BYOB since waiting for a new liquor license but they used to sell 32s of Tecate. I love that place. Soyrizo! |

soy and sake was really good. i think the best deal on the menu was the bento box for $12. you get a lot of food with it. it was also interesting eating while the subway is going underneath you and the whole restaurant kinda shakes.
word....
