I love coffee. Who's with me?
I really like Stumptown coffee from Portland, and One Village Coffee from PA as far as beans go. Peet's is good too.
Also what's your favorite spot in New York to get a cup, hot or iced?
Cake Shop's coffee is great, I love their iced mocha. Babycakes also serves Stumptown so that makes me happy.
As for chains, I used to not be able to drink Dunkin Donuts coffee but my stomach has gotten used to it.

starbucks' iced coffee is good when it's hot out...i def go elsewhere for coffee when it's colder out as their hot coffee tastes like burned beans and caffeine
