i got the Shark Speed record for review...and i enjoyed it, but i couldn't get past the fact that it sounds EXACTLY like minus the bear. maybe i'll give it a few more listens |

Post some bands people don't really know about (yet). Links/music descriptions are helpful. These threads are helpful to get people into new music! Some of mine are: Shark Speed (noodly indie rock from Utah, ala Algernon Cad/Cap'n Jazz/Look Mexico/Minus the Bear) www.myspace.com/sharkspeedrawkswow, had no idea anyone out side of provo utah knew about these cats. awesome band, always try and hit up one of their shows when im visiting my parents in UT. |

they are in my top five favorite current bands. i also cant stop with jonesin www.myspace.comjonesinpunxand pegasus - who were originally supposed to feature george from blacklisted on vocals - he actually recorded for it right after the second this is hardcore, but it never panned out. now they have a different vocalist and sound like leeway www.myspace.com/pegasusisgrim |

My friends band from California- A BETTER HOPE FOUNDATION Probably the best band that no one has heard of. They have toured the west coast and midwest, Central America, and South East Asia. Super hard working guys and really funny. www.myspace.com/abhfhxc |
